FUTURE PROOF - WORKMATE is fully self installing within Windows 95/98/00/NT . As you will see the software supports not only normal telephone dial up connections but also the creation of  I/P connections for ISDN users wishing to access the new FASTRAK  Travel Intranet. Licensed WORKMATE users will be kept informed of any new release version and  tour operator updates to the 'Connection Manager'  are downloadable free via Viewdata. (ie Internet access is not required to keep your system completely up to date !)

USER FRIENDLY - WORKMATE comes with a ready made scripted library of over 225 leading tour operators and airlines so all you have to do is enter your ABTA number (or individual account codes) , User references (i.e.the initials of all potential users)  and the passwords for each of the individual suppliers you wish to utilise from the drop down menu in the 'Connection Manager' Wizard . If a particular supplier is not in the library there is no limit to the number of additional entries you can create using a simple template - no programming knowledge is required whatsoever. In a multi user environment this auto-log script file can be easily copied to additional machines thus alleviating the need to programme each individual terminal.

EASE OF USE - WORKMATE enables users to log seamlessly from supplier to supplier in a matter of seconds  another without dropping the Fastrak or Istel (X-TANT) Network connection dramatically increasing your productivity.

FLEXIBLE - WORKMATE automatically caches the screens you access in a History file for easy recall both on or off line and individual screens can be saved selectively to an unlimited number of indexable Memory Files retained after power down. Both History and Memory files can be printed out screen by screen or in their entirety.

SECURE - WORKMATE enables System Managers to ‘hide’ Tour Operator passwords from operators . Once programmed into the Connection Manager a user defined Supervisor  Password ensures counter staff  are unable to see individual tour operator passwords affording  protection to you and your business from fraudulent and potentially costly abuse in the hands of disgruntled ex-employees.
